BMM Weston Textile Dyeing offers a full range of high performance Dytex dyeing machines for garment producers and commission dyers.
BMM Weston Dytex dyeing systems are designed for exceptional performance, consistency and economy, even in the most challenging environments.
Incorporating rotary, static and sample dyeing machines, the range will wet process a vast spectrum of garments and textiles consistently and cost-effectively, from men's and ladies' knitwear and half-hose to ladies' fine denier hosiery, circular knitted garments, woven and knitted leisurewear, workwear, bathroom floor sets and more.
Each machine utilises proven BMM Weston technology to give superbly consistent dyeing results whilst minimising liquor and energy charges. Robust construction ensures longevity even in the most challenging environments. In addition, fully programmable microprocessor controls, economical single motor drives, space-saving design and 316 stainless steel construction all help make the machines the most user-friendly, powerful and intelligent around.

Dytex Rotary Dyeing Machines
Dytex rotary dyeing systems come in atmospheric or low pressure options and a choice of specifications. Combining proven technology with efficient hydro-extraction, each incorporates:
- Patented self-balancing system to eliminate need for time-consuming weighing
- Innovative basket design for maximum productivity
- Optional centre shaft dye circulation for optimal liquor distribution and minimum liquor usage.
- Large doors for easy loading and unloading
- Computerised control and powerful data storage
Static Dyer
The Static Dyer works on the principle that the load remains stationary whilst the dye liquor moves around it.
The Static Dying machine is designed to give high quality level dying on a variety of textile items that can range from fine denier hosiery to elastic products.
Sample Dyer
The sample dyer works on the same principle as our larger Dytex machines, but is designed to give the Dyer the opportunity to dye test pieces before carrying out full production on a larger unit.
Rotary Dytex 800
All Dytex units operate with a single motor drive which greatly reduces power consumption and helps keep operating costs at a minimum.
The BMM Weston Dytex 800 offers a nominal volume of 0.78 m3 (27.5 cu.ft), with a loading of up to 56 kg (125lb) and a centrifugal speed of 800 rpm.
Rotary Dytex 1600
The BMM Weston Dytex 1600 is the mid-range model with a centrifugal speed of 700 rpm combined with a nominal volume 1.59 m3 (55 cu.ft) and a loading of up to 138 kg (305lb)
Rotary Dytex 3000
The BMM Weston Dytex 3000 is the largest of the Dytex range for the most demanding dyers. The volume for this machine is a massive 3.12 m3 (110 cu.ft) a nominal loading of up to 275 kg (610lb) and a centrifugal speed of 600 rpm.
Dytex Static Dyeing Machines
Available in atmospheric or low pressure options and a range of specifications, Dytex static machines offer:
- High capacity reversible pump
- Integrated high performance heat exchanger
- Ergonomic system of drawers for loading and unloading garments or packs.
BMM Weston Textile Dyeing also has an extensive supply of spare parts for all its textile dyeing products. These can be delivered anywhere in the UK on a next-day basis, subject to availability.
