All BMM Weston sterilizers are designed and built by the company in the UK to the most stringent requirements. We operate to ISO9001:2000 plus GAMP and our machines comply with all relevant European and British product standards and NHS guidelines including C14, BS3970, and PD5500.
Available Models
Series 1 - 180 to 340 litre, vertical sliding door, 500×500mm section, single & double ended
Ideal for a variety of applications, they offer ease of operation with colour touch-screen controls and automatic doors. Combining comprehensive functionality with high specifications and the premium engineering synonymous with BMM Weston, Series 1 is the number one choice for today’s demanding laboratory environments.
Series 2 - 370 to 670 litre, vertical sliding door, 680×680mm section, single & double ended
Series 2 sterilizers are designed to deliver maximum processing efficiency with the minimum of fuss, available in Porous Load and Laboratory models. Coming in single and double ended versions the Series 2 is the ideal choice for facilities with a consistent need for a mid-capacity sterilization process. Thanks to a vertical sliding door mechanism the Series 2 also benefits from a narrower fascia width than its slightly larger cousin, the Series 3.
Series 3 - 510 to 1370 litre, horizontal sliding door, 680×920mm section, single & double ended
The best-selling range of Series 3 sterilizers are designed to deliver maximum processing efficiency & convenience with the minimum of fuss. They are available in Porous Load and Laboratory models as well as single and double ended versions. Thanks to a horizontal sliding door mechanism the Series 3 benefits from a low chamber height allowing the safe transfer of heavier loads.
Series 4 - 1070 to 2320 litre, horizontal sliding door, 680×1570mm section, single & double ended
The Series 4 sterilizers are the first of our roll-in range of sterilizers. The roll-in design eliminates the need for transferring loads between trolleys and helps reduce the time taken to process large volumes of work. Available in single and double ended versions and boasting capacties of up to 2320 litres the Series 4 is a popular choice for the life sciences sector and is available in Porous Load and Laboratory models.
Series 5 - 1660 to 2870 litre, horizontal sliding door, 900×1400mm section, single & double ended
The Series 5 sterilizers are the second in our range of large roll-in sterilizers. The roll-in design eliminates the need for transferring loads between trolleys and helps reduce the time taken to process large volumes of work. With a wider aperture and available in single and double ended versions boasting capacties of up to 2730 litres the Series 5 is a popular choice for the life sciences sector and is available in Porous Load and Laboratory models.
Series 6 - Horizontal/vertical sliding doors, single & double ended, choice of chamber sections
Series 6 sterilizers were specifically developed to satisfy unique sterilization requirements. Whether you require a specific cycle, chamber size, loading height, jacket type or any modification entirely specific to your need BMM Weston can design a model to suit you. Machines constructed so far range from a 1132 litre (40 ft³) model to a vast 6682 litre (236 ft³) unit including full chamber jackets and modified sterilization cycles.
