Vertical sliding door, 500x500mm section, Single & double ended

Series 1 sterilizers from BMM Weston are designed to deliver. Ideal for a variety of applications with chamber sizes from 180-340 litres, they offer ease of operation with colour touch-screen controls and automatic doors. Combining comprehensive functionality with high specifications and the premium engineering synonymous with BMM Weston, Series 1 is the number one choice for today’s demanding laboratory environments.

High in features, wide in applications
The Series 1 range comprises of single or double-ended models with a 500 x 500mm chamber section. The range includes models configurable for all these applications:

Main features include colour LCD touch-screen systems for easy input and reading of data, automatic sliding doors for fast loading and castors for easy maneouvering. Various options can also be fitted.

Configurable cycles
With Series 1, cycles can be configured using discrete cycle stages, with each tage performing a seperate function.
Users can also programme parameters to control each function within pre-defined limits, and set warnings and fault conditions to parameters if specified limits are exceeded.

Standard Compliant
As with all BMM Weston sterilizers, Series 1's are designed and built by the company in the UK to the most stringent requirements. We operate to ISO9001:2000 plus GAMP and our machines comply with all relevant European and British product standards and NHS guidelines.

Porous Loads
Series 1 Sterilizers can also be configured for healthcare porous load applications with full compliance to EN 285 and HTM2010. The porous load cycle is designed to achieve rapid and even penetration of steam in the load to produce an efficient repeatable sterilizing process. The cycle is intended to process wrapped instruments / utensils, air entrained materials such as linens, gowns, dressings and medical / surgical equipment.

Large 6.5" touch-sensitive colour LCD
Capable of showing 25 lines of text in 40-column mode for easy-to-read cycle data display including time, temperatures, pressure, stages and fault messages. Screan save option when sterilizer not in use. Special menus available for:
