Loading Equipment

BMM Weston offer a range of loading equipment, each specifically designed to improve the safety and efficiency of the sterilizer loading process. Developed using BMM Weston's vast and in-depth knowledge of the healthcare and laboratory sectors this range has been an essential ingredient in their success.

With installations ranging from small clinics to major hospital CSSD departments BMM Weston understands the requirements of the whole spectrum of sterilizer customers. Boasting comprehensive and flexible in-house manufacturing capabilities, bespoke loading equipment and sterilizer installations can be offered wherever required.

Loading Equipment Range

Loading Trolleys
Standard, Electric & Hydraulic Variable Height versions available
Electric trolleys transfer carriages to and from the chamber by means of an electric motor, reducing the handling of sterilization loads. The Hydraulic Variable Height trolleys allowing heavy items to be loaded at ground level and hydraulically lifted to chamber height, reducing the risk of back injury.

Sliding Shelves
BMM Weston offer a range of fixed height sliding shelves to fit Series 1 to 3 ranges of sterilizers. They are available in Aluminium and Stainless Steel and are offered in fixed, retractable and removable guises.

Internal Carriages
BMM Weston offer a range of carriages for the easy transferrance of loads to and from the sterilizer chamber. Thanks to BMM Weston's in-house design and manufacturing capability individual carriages can be created to suit any customers sterilization needs.

Cooling Racks
Upon removal from the sterilizer internal carriages and their loads can remain hot. In order to ease the cooling process BMM Weston have designed a range of cooling stands which mimic the design of the loading trollies. Warm carriages can then be off-loaded onto cooling racks using an identical rail mechanism, leaving loading trolleys free for the next sterilization load.
