BMM Weston Sterilizers offers British designed and manufactured sterilizers and related decontamination equipment to the healthcare and laboratory sectors. Following the acquisition of Drayton Castle in 1983, BMM Weston has continued the tradition of quality products backed up with outstanding after sales service. The company's headquarters includes facilities that provide for complete product design, development and manufacture, including vessel fabrication. This gives the company full control from the conceptual design through to final manufacturing / production.

Porous Load and Laboratory Sterilizers

BMM Weston offer a comprehensive range of sterilizers for the healthcare and laboratory sectors. With machines ranging from 140 to almost 7000 litres BMM Weston equiment can be found in the smallest of clinics right through to major hospital CSSD departments.

In addition to our Sterilizer range we have recently become proud distributors of ECODAS' innovative waste management machines which sterilize and reduce medical waste eliminating the need for costly disposal methods.

Washer Disinfectors
A, B, C and D-Range
BMM Weston manufacture a range of machines suitable to cover any washer disinfector requirement. From a 6 din per cycle compact machines, through 40 basket per hour conveyor units to individually programmeable 4-module machines BMM Weston have every washer disinfector requirement covered.

Clean Steam Generators
Electric and Steam versions
BMM Weston steam generators are designed to produce clean steam from adequately treated feedwater. Steam generators produced at our BMM Weston UK plant fully comply with HTM 2031 clean steam requirements. This is achieved with electrically heated stainless steel boilers or steam to steam units generating clean steam from an existing plant steam supply. Reverse Osmosis water supplies can be installed where necessary. The unit is available with or without a feedwater pre-heat tank and is offered as a single or double stacked generator.

Loading Equipment

BMM Weston offer a range of loading equipment, each specifically designed to improve the safety and efficiency of the sterilizer loading process. With installations ranging from small clinics to major hospital CSSD departments BMM Weston understands the requirements of the whole spectrum of sterilizer customers. Boasting comprehensive and flexible in-house manufacturing capabilities, bespoke loading equipment and sterilizer installations can be offered wherever required.
