Electric Loading Trolley

Guide rails on the loading trolley ensure precise location into the loading chamber, once located the trolley can be manually locked to the vessel to give minimal movement when loading the carriage thus promoting a safe working condition.

The carriage can then be unlocked and transferred from the trolley to the chamber using two switches mounted on the trolley handle to operate the electrical drive mechanism; this mechanism is concealed for safety and cleanliness. With the carriage safely in the chamber the loading trolley can be un-locked and removed from the chamber.

The system uses a rechargeable battery pack which can be recharged over night; however this electric loading trolley can insert and retract the carriage approx 200 times before requiring a recharge.
