"Floor standing tunnel WD"
The D-range consists of highly efficient, powerful washer / disinfector / dryers and are already billed as the workhorse for hospital SSDs and HSDUs. With their unique design and conveyor transfer system these stainless steel beasts are capable of processing up to 40 dins per hour whilst using the minimum of energy. Available in straight and corner configurations the D-range can be built to fit in even the most awkward locations.
Meeting Standards
As with all of BMM Weston's washer disinfectors the D range has been specifically designed to comply with the latest standards and directives and those that are imminent. These include the requirements for HTM2030; ISO13485 Medical Devices Directive and the imminent European and International Standards for Washer Disinfectors.
Process Accuracy
The operating temperature can be monitored with an eye level digital display panel and the process is assured by double-interlocked access doors and a disinfection monitoring system. Any attempt to override the process results in a 'fault' condition.
Auto/Manual Handling Systems
Offered is a wide range of automatic or manual hanlding systems, including a fully enclosed, automated through-the-wall transfer system capable of processing 80 din trays per hour.
Process Validation/Verification
Independent verification and validation systems are available for the range, individually specified to meet customers needs.
Energy Efficiency
The D-range has fully insulated panels, a drain water heat recovery system and a standby mode which is initiated when the machine is left empty.
