BMM Service is the spares and servicing division of BMM Weston Ltd. As well as providing first class after sales care on all new BMM Weston machines our engineering team can offer year round servicing and validation packages as weel as a vast catalogue of machine spare parts. Information on all of BMM Westons servicing capabilities are listed below.

Spares and Parts
A comprehensive range of spare partsBMM Weston stocks an extensive range of spares and parts for all their equipment. Most parts are available on a next day delivery to minimize any downtime that maybe incurred. All replacement parts come with one year warranty.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) including periodic validation

BMM Weston service

For long term trouble free running, regular servicing is the key. BMM Service can provide planned preventative maintenance packages that are flexible to meet our customer's needs.

Choose the intervals between services (i.e. every 3 months or annually) and choose the service scheme. There are three different service packs available:

  • Service
    Periodic servicing where all spares are charged
  • Service plus
    Periodic servicing where all spares are included
  • Service comp
    A fully comprehensive service that includes all periodic servicing and spares plus parts and labour that maybe incurred due to any unforeseen breakdowns.

Please note:

• Service and Service plus do not include any consumables or parts that maybe required for an unforeseen breakdown.

• Service comp does not include any consumables.

• Service comp is only available if the PPM is being undertaken by BMM Service.

Validation
Regular validation tests are required under the guidelines of the NHS to ensure that equipment is operating to the standards outlined in HTM 2010.

NHS guidelines HTM2010:
3 off Quarterly validation tests
Plus 1 off Annual validation test

As the HTM2010 is only a guideline instigated by the NHS, BMM Service can offer flexible schemes to accommodate customers outside the NHS.

BMM Weston service

Weekly Testing
All sterilizers should have a weekly test carried out; this is usually performed by a trained member of staff. If this is not possible or inconvenient, BMM "sterilizer" Service will carry out your weekly tests.

Steam Testing
BMM "Sterilizer" Service will carry out the following tests

Steam Quality Test to HTM 2010
To check the Dryness, Non-Condensable Gases and Superheat of the steam supply to the sterilizers.

Steam Analysis Test to HTM 2031
To test the chemical analysis and biological analysis of the steam supply to the sterilizers.

Clean Steam and water systems
BMM "sterilizer" Service can also provide a PPM scheme for the Steam and water system in the sterilizer plant room; these can be incorporated into the BMM "Sterilizer" Service PPM Schemes.

Water analysis for softened water and reverse osmosis water can be provided.
