BMM Weston Lightning AP2 Shirt Machine

The AP2 offers the highest quality finished shirts at maximum production rates. Thanks to its double buck design the AP2 allows a second buck to be primed whilst another shirt is being pressed. This reduces the time wasted between operations, increases productivity, and enables you to produce up to 90 beautifully finished shirts per hour.

When used in conjunction with two collar and cuff presses, an additional AP2 and three operators, produciton rates of 200+ shirts per hour are achievable.

It's All About The Shirt
The Lightning AP1 features a FORMED BUCK, CONTOURED CHESTS, & SIDE AIR BAGS combined with PLEAT ENHANCERS to produce the highest quality shirts. The pleat press heads and cuff holders are designed to press the sleeve pleats and vent without flattening the cuffs.

Quality Meets Production
Drying times and dressing times are two critical factors in production and the Lightning AP conquers both. Lightning fast drying times are achieved by superheated air, steam injection, direct line ducting and high pressure squeeze. The unit is incredibly easy to dress due to the unique shape of the buck. The collar clamp and cuff clamps are both foot operated freeing the operators hands.
