BMM Weston Garment Tunnel Finishers

BMM Weston Tunnel Finishers are a modular range of ruggedly constructed, simple to operate, compact, hot air/steam finishing tunnels. They are designed to process all types of washed and dry-cleaned polycotton and cotton rich garments for industrial workwear units, the garment industry and hospital laundries, to high standards at an economic cost.

Thanks to BMM Weston's laundry engineering experience their range of tunnel finishers offer high production outputs with high quality conditioning and finishing. Designed to ensure an economic use of energy, simple operation and easy installation the range is tailor made for simple, high quality and low-cost workwear finishing.

The Current Range

Mini Tunnel - 75 garments per hour
The Mini Tunnel offers high performance from a small floor area. For only 3.2 square meters of floor space (including loading and exit/garment storage rails) outputs of up to 75 garments per hour can be achieved, depending on steam pressure and work classification, when finishing garments with moisture content of 30% - 35%.

450, 650 & 1250 Tunnel - up to 800 garments per hour
Our standard range of tunnels are capable of processing up to 800 garments per hour. Ranging from units utilising approximately 6.75 m² to 10 m² floor space the range of tunnel finishers is ideal for processing large volumes of work where space is at a premium.
