BMM Weston Dupress Rotary Press

The BMM Weston Dupress Range is a range of rotary presses built to a well proven design and high standards of engineering for high quality finishing of flatwork. BMM Weston have been manufacturing the Dupress since the 1960's and thanks to their robust design the majority of the original machines are still in operation today.
Now available in Steam, Thermal Liquid and Electrically heated models the Dupress range has never been more durable.

Dual-table Operation
The Dupress employs an efficient two table system which alternately feeds a single heated, polished pressing head. This system allows one table to be pressed whilst the other is being laid for the next operation to be initiated by foot control.

A Quality Finish
Quality of finish is not sacrificed for speed because the work piece meets the highly polished and plated surface for the pressing head and spring padded table with uniform pressure. At the same time maximum heat, generated by a steam, electric of thermal liquid heating system, is consistently transferred across the whole surface.

Flexibility
The rectangular bucks are ideal for the easy lay of pillow cases through to fitted sheets and duvet covers which, together with its ergonomically designed operating system, ensures that it can achieve faster production rates than other laundry presses.

The Dupress Range

Dupress 62 - Various bucks available
The Dupress 62 is the smallest machine in the current range but is also the most durable. Available in multiple models each with varying buck types the Dupress 62 is suitable for many types of garment. Available buck types include Rectangular, Tapered, Coatmaster, and Nurses Uniform.

Dupress 65 - 1650 x 650 mm bucks
The Dupress 65 Rotary Press is the mid sized machine in the Dupress range. Its large rectangular bucks are ideal for the easy lay of fitted sheets and duvet covers which, together with its ergonomically designed operating system, ensures that it can achieve faster production rates than other laundry presses.

Dupress 66 - 1676 x 914 mm bucks
The Dupress 66 is our largest rotary machine available in Steam and Thermal Fluid versions. It's ideal for the easy lay of fitted sheets and duvet covers which, together with its ergonomically designed operating system, ensures that it can achieve faster production rates than other laundry presses.
