Match Plate Moulding Machine

A noise controlled Match Plate Moulding Machine designed for snap flask moulds. The more environmentally friendly jolt action does not reduce the moulding efficiency of the QSF214 as an increase to the Diameter of the squeeze cylinder greatly enhances both the static and dynamic squeeze pressures, resulting in moulds of a higher density. With a long pre-jolt stroke to aid sand distribution into pockets and corners, and a simultaneous jolt squeeze against the head developing a high dynamic pressure, uniformly hard cope & drag moulds are produced without distorting the Match-Plate. The simple manual controls are instinctive and arranged for maximum operator safety and minimum fatigue.

By increasing the diameter of the squeeze cylinder a greatly increased static and dynamic squeeze pressure is achieved to produce moulds of even greater density.

With a long stroke pre-jolt to aid sand distribution into pockets and corners and a simultaneous jolt squeeze against the head developing a high dynamic pressure, unifromly hard drag and cope moulds are produced without distorting the matchplate.
