Type PBQ Range

A simultaneous Jolt / Squeeze high speed moulding machine featuring four poster construction similar to the PHJ range but utilising a shockless spring jolt pre compaction technique and a combined pneumatic squeeze function. These machines also allow the easy integration of a pattern shuttle.

The PBQ range of machines are a 4-column, shuttle head style design that utilizes both a high frequency, short stroke jolt for pre-compaction of the mold as well as a simultaneous jolt squeeze for the final compaction. This machine is available with a pattern shuttle for the alternate production of cope and drag molds and a rapid pattern change system. This fully automatic machine is supplied with a PLC based electrical control system and is entirely pneumatically powered.

Intended for integration into fully automatic molding lines, the data shown below is representative of previously constructed machines. Each machine model can be customized to meet specific application requirements.
