UK based BMM Weston has manufactured Green-sand Moulding Machines since 1935, supplying in excess of 12,000 machines worldwide.

The company is able to offer a full range of Stand-Alone Unit Moulding Machines that accommodates either cope and drag or matchplate patterns. Mould sizes from small snap-flask squeezer applications up to 60" x 60" can be easily produced.

Compaction techniques include - Pneumatic Anvil-Jolt / Squeeze, Spring-Jolt / Squeeze and Hydraulic high pressure squeeze options. The machines are configured using Cantilever, Turn-over draw or Four-poster construction. Pattern–shuttles can easily be incorporated into the straight draw range of machines.

These reliable, robustly constructed machines are simple to operate and maintain, providing uniform density moulds and resultant high quality castings which utilise customers' existing pattern equipment and a wide range of sand conditions.

Factory-reconditioned machines are also offered, backed by a full product warranty.
