BMM Weston’s range of Moulding Machines is based on the time proven pre-compaction method of jolting and then finishing by squeezing. No machine offers better mould quality over a wide range of pattern types and sand condition. These machines set the benchmark for reliability, with many units still in operation after 40 years of continuous production. The inherent design and robust construction make the BMM machine easy to operate and maintain.

BMM Weston Jolt/Squeeze green sand moulding machines. The jolt of BMM Weston Jolt/squeeze machines ensures even sand distribution into the deepest corners and pockets,and the squeeze ensures that they achieve a uniform hardness of mould. For all machines standard guards with safety interlock can be provided where required.

Foundry Range

QJS range of noise controlled, automatic and manual moulding machines. With jolt capacities ranging from 455 kg (1,000 lbs) to 4,080 kg (9,000 lbs).

CT range jolt/squeeze green sand moulding machines. Automatic and manual machines with jolt capactities rangine from 340 kg (750 lbs) to 1,820 kg (4,000 lbs).

BT range combined jolt/squeeze, turnover draw moulding machines with jolt capacities of 680 kg (1,500 lbs) to 1,815 kg (4,000 lbs).

Hydrajolt noise controlled jolt/squeeze green sand moulding machines with jolt capacities of 1,135 kg (2,500 lbs) to 2,040 kg (4,500 lbs) and features that provide noise control, increased squeeze pressure, a choise of draw and auto/manual sequence control

CZ jolt/squeeze green sand moulding machines. Manually operated with jolt capaity of 680 kg (1,500 lbs) to 1,820 kg (4,000 lbs) and features that provide a combined jolt/squeeze, accurate draw and low maintenance.
